The design of the single-family homes are influenced by Craftsman, Farmhouse, and Spanish architecture, giving homebuyers plenty of options and styles to choose from. 

The Alexandria Collection will feature homes with 1,507 to 2,004 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The Potomac floor plan within this collection is the largest one and has an extra half bathroom. There is a walk-in pantry in the Barcroft floor plan, and the Broadmont and Del Ray models include a den or office and open floor plans. 

The Napa Collection will offer six single-story floor plans with 2,227 to 2,988 square feet that include indoor/outdoor living space. These homes will have two to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two or three-car garages. Special features include loft space in the Woodmont model and a formal dining room with a butler’s pantry in the St. Helena model.

The Charlotte Collection offers single-level living with homes from 1,926 to 2,489 square feet. There are six different floor plans in this collection with options for two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and attached two or three-car garages. These homes have spa-like master bathrooms, formal dining rooms, and extra space to be used as a den or an office. In the Providence Collection, there are five floor plans that include 10-foot ceilings and 8-foot doors. These homes will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and open floor plans. The Smithfield model has 1,606 square feet while the Wayland model is the largest, at 2,508 square feet.
