Here are three golf course communities in Raleigh, NC to consider if you’ve been dreaming of spending your days golfing in North Carolina:

Regency at Brier Creek – Raleigh, NC

Regency at Brier Creek is another development to check out if you’re looking for golf course communities in Raleigh, NC. Located within 15 miles of Downtown Raleigh, Regency at Brier Creek is part of the master-planned Briar Creek community. It’s also home to an 18-hole golf championship course designed by golf legend Arnold Palmer. The course features four sets of tees allowing players to truly challenge themselves and stretch the course from 5,352 all the way up to 7,029 yards.

Along with the course comes the 40,000 square-foot Briar Creek Country Clubhouse, practice golf facilities, and Deke’s Grill, which overlooks the course. Other amenities within the community include a state-of-the-art fitness center with steam rooms and massage rooms, a library, and a card room. Outdoors, residents have access to six tennis courts, an outdoor pool and patio area, plus walking and biking trails that are spread throughout the property.

Beyond the golf course and amenities, Regency at Brier Creek features 123 single-family homes that are available on a resale-only basis. Floor plans range from 1,825 to more than 3,000 square feet and have two to five bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages. Several layouts also include den areas, covered porches, and sunrooms.
