The process was simple. Homebuyers simply had to submit their $5,000 reservation deposit to sales agents in early June. Then, names were randomly selected to establish the lot selection order. Buyers went in order choosing their desired lots and the next steps were signing the contract and paying the remaining 10 percent down payment.

There’s still time to make your own offer on a single-family home in the active adult community within Riverland’s master-planned development. A visit to Valencia Grove at Riverland – either in person or virtually – may help you find your next home.
