    Shrub Oak is a small unincorporated town in Eastern New York. The town is known for its old-world and friendly culture. This attractive area serves as a suburb of Yorktown, giving residents the opportunity to live in a quiet community and maintain access to big city amenities.

    Shrub Oak is close to scenic areas such as Mohegan Lake and Oceola Lake. Shrub Oak Brook runs through town, giving the area its name.
