Creek View began construction in 2004 and has plans to build 305 single-family homes. This land-lease community offers homes on a new and resale basis. All homes are hassle-free ranch homes that have large master suites and walk-in closets.

There are a variety of floor plans that range from 1,202 to 1,750 square feet in size. Creek View’s homes offer two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. For extra space, some plans offer den options and a two-car garage.

With an additional fee, Creek View’s homeowners can choose from three different maintenance packages that fit their personal lawn, landscaping, and snow removal needs.
