In the Freedom 40 Collection, buyers can choose The Beacon, which has 1,829 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. The open floor plan includes a great room with a dining area, and there’s also a den. The Ascend model has 2,043 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. The kitchen has a large island, and there’s a lounge area in addition to the open great room. The Synergy has 2,057 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. There’s also the option for a powder room. There’s a den and an oversized laundry room. The Ascend with Loft model offers 2,660 square feet, three to five bedrooms, and three or four bathrooms. The loft space includes a bedroom with a walk-in closet.

Four home plans are in the Freedom 45 Collection. The Vantage has 2,134 square feet, three or four bedrooms, and three or four bathrooms. There’s a large kitchen with an island, a den, and the option for a sunroom. The Wonder has 2,359 square feet, three to five bedrooms, and three or four bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a split dual sink. The Vantage with Loft is a 2,813-square-foot model with four or five bedrooms and four or five bathrooms. The great room is huge and there’s also a lounge off the kitchen and dining area. The loft area upstairs includes a bedroom and a full bath. The largest floor plan of this community is The Wonder with Loft, which has 3,149 square feet, four to six bedrooms, and three or five bathrooms. There is an option for a finished basement as well, and this floor plan has a gourmet kitchen with an island and a pantry.
